Our Acquisition Process

Step 1 - What is your mission?

Where do you want to go? How many people do you want to bring? How often do you want to go?

The first step is to get answers to the basic questions and to determine if aircraft ownership is even the right solution for you. We’re not here to rip you off. Aircraft ownership might not be the right solution for some people. There are a lot of alternative options to outright ownership such as charter and fractionals. We’ll make sure that you get the most value for your money based on your unique circumstances. If you’re a contender for aircraft ownership, we’ll look at your answers to the qualifying questions and see what types of aircraft meet your typical mission requirements.

Step 2 - What type of aircraft?

Every aircraft is a study in compromise. Although it is unlikely that a single aircraft will always be the perfect solution to your needs, we’ll work with you to develop an aviation solution that works best for you.

Step 3 - Building the Team of Experts

Once we’ve established your mission, and identified the best aircraft to meet that mission, we reach out to our team of independent experts that have a proven track record of performance. From market experts in the particular plane for you, accountants who specialize in aircraft financing and accounting, and lawyers that can guide you through the legal process, we know who you need to contact, when you need to contact them, and how to oversee the entire process.

All you need to do is sit back, relax, grab a cup of your favorite beverage, and watch the magic unfold before your eyes as we build your custom aviation solution. Once things start to come together, we’ll present the solution to you for your review and feedback before moving forward.

Step 4 - Purchase

Once the plan is in place, it’s time to execute it. We’ll work to finalize the purchase in a smooth and seamless process that ensures that all of your expectations are met. If you plan to use your aircraft for charter, we’ll work with you to complete the conformity inspection required by the FAA. Any customization details, including decals, paint, or interior will be completed.

During this final process, we’ll have your crew attend training for the aircraft.

Step 5 - Fly

Once your new aircraft is ready, its time to fly! Let us know when and where you want to go, and let us take care of the rest.
